No problem so far. But John’s expectations remained too high for a business who’s still training and hiring. Worse, John characterizes the wait as 2 hours. What a lie. He waited 38 minutes for his shake. Is that a long wait? Yes. Was it expected during our first week with the parameters above? Yes. |
